| FRANK CUNY, PRESIDENT, CALIFORNIA CITIZENS FOR HEALTH FREEDOM, has a B.A.
Degree in Social Science and a second B.A. in Administration from Sacramento
State University. His professional background includes 4 years with the United States Airforce, 4 years as an elementary school teacher, 8 years as Executive Director of Community Poverty Programs, and 15 years as Director of a residential treatment program for youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems. Citizens For Health was formed 8 years ago as a reaction against the FDA proposal to take control of natural and nutritional products. Mr. Cuny has served as California State Director as a full time volunteer. He has led many state and federal issues affecting citizens' rights to natural products and alternative medicine. Mr. Cuny is also political advocate for the California Alliance for Health Freedom and an active member of the Cancer Control Alliance. He would like for his 70th birthday in December of 2000, the passage of Bill AB-827, The Physicians Right To Practice bill, making alternative cancer treatments and midwifery legal in California.
