| MICHAEL CULBERT, D.Sc., Ph.D. (Hon.) founded the International Council
for Health Freedom (ICHF) and edits its newsletter. A long-time health-freedom
activist, this award-winning California newspaper editor authored or co-authored
18 books on integrative/metabolic medicine and medical politics/economics,
the most recent being Medical Armageddon: Update 2000. Mr. Culbert is also information officer at the AB Hospital and Medical Center in Tijuana, Mexico, and a former president and chairman of the Committee for Freedom of Choice in Medicine.
